72nd Special Forces Group (A)

Arma Reforger Special Forces Realism Unit

The 72nd Special Forces Group (Airborne) is a standards-driven Arma Reforger realism unit built around authentic U.S. Army Special Forces structure, tactics, and operational doctrine. Our organization operates through ODC, ODB, and ODA elements with a full training and qualification pipeline designed to develop disciplined, capable operators rather than casual players. Through structured deployments, leadership development, and team-focused operations, we maintain a mature command culture centered on professionalism, accountability, mission execution and the 7 Core SF Competencies.

Members progress through a structured Special Forces-style pipeline featuring assessment, small unit tactics, leadership development, MOS specialization, and advanced operational training. From the core: Unconventional Warfare, Special Reconnaissance missions to Direct Action and long-term deployment campaigns, every operation is designed to emphasize teamwork, communication, tactical realism, and operational immersion within a professional environment.

Applicants must demonstrate maturity, professionalism, and the ability to operate effectively within a team-oriented environment. A working microphone, consistent attendance, and a willingness to learn and uphold unit standards are required of all personnel. The 72nd SFG(A) prioritizes discipline, communication, and teamwork above individual ego — lone-wolf behavior, disruptive conduct, and refusal to follow established SOPs are not tolerated within the organization.

What We Offer

Structured Special Forces-style progression through assessment, qualification, and operational deployment phases. Personnel have opportunities to serve within ODA and ODB elements, pursue MOS-specific training pipelines, participate in large-scale realism operations, and earn leadership positions through performance, consistency, and demonstrated capability.
